Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Repvana (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Repvana app and website. By downloading or using Repvana you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Repvana on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. This license also incorporates Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement; where these Terms and Apple’s standard EULA conflict, the more protective of the user applies.
2. Not medical advice
Repvana is a fitness and tracking tool, not a medical device and not medical advice. Camera-based rep counting, form, tempo, and effort feedback are estimates for general training purposes and are not a substitute for a qualified coach, physician, or physical therapist. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a professional before starting or changing any exercise program, and stop if you feel pain or are unwell. You train at your own risk.
3. Supplements feature
The supplement tracker is a reminder and checklist only. Any dosing information shown is general and educational, is not a recommendation for you, and is not medical advice. Supplements can interact with medications and conditions — consult a doctor or registered dietitian before starting, changing, stopping, or dosing anything. You are solely responsible for what you take.
4. Accounts
An account (Sign in with Apple) is optional and used to back up and sync your training data. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, or by emailing us.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Repvana offers an auto-renewing “Pro” subscription (monthly or yearly). Purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. We don’t receive your payment details.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no interference with the service, no unlawful use, and no recording of others without their consent. Form-review videos are recorded by you and stored on your device (and your iCloud if you enable it).
7. No warranty
Repvana is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of rep counts, form analysis, or fitness/health outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Repvana and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
