Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all its synced data right in the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your training log from our servers. If you can’t access the app, email us from your account’s address and we’ll delete it for you.
Common questions
Reps aren’t counting. Make sure the camera can see the moving joints, you’ve granted camera access, and there’s enough light. For unusual exercises, use the adaptive counter or log sets manually.
Restore a purchase. Go to the paywall and tap “Restore Purchases,” or reinstall and sign in with the same Apple Account.
My data didn’t sync. Make sure you’re online — Sign in with Apple is required and backs up your training log + syncs it across your devices. Form-review videos are stored on your device (and your iCloud if enabled), not on our servers.
Manage your subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple — manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
